ONE -on- ONE TRAINING
individualized program specifically catering to your personal needs + growth


ONLINE TRAINING
use a virtual platform to be able to train anywhere/anytime with Victoria. The platform has demos and can see trainer/trainee the entire session.


OUTDOOR TRAINING
if local ( Bethesda, MD area) meet outdoor at a park, in your backyard, etc


PROGRAM DESIGN
a customized weekly program for you to follow to keep track of your fitness goals. Offerings of one - five times / week programs


SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
looking to train with one or two friends or family members? this is also a great option to get your moving and keep each other accountable! Can do this virtually or outdoor as well!

Two years ago, fate had the grace to put Vicky in my path as I began my journey towards healing post-cancer treatment.
